Criminal Solutions Group is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that will be governed by a board of directors and operated by an Executive Director.  It will be fiscally responsible to that board and operate at the highest level of business ethical standards and provide complete transparency to the regulating government agencies, its donors, the general public and its board of directors.
